The SMARTboard is the new blackboard! Technology is such a huge part of our everyday life now and we need to incorporate this into our teaching and learning. Mrs. Elliott feels the educational value of this revolutionary technology is priceless. The SMARTboard allows teachers and students to access and display websites, run educational software, highlight and review notes from a class discussion, deliver PowerPoint presentations and much more. This board is touch sensitive and interactive. It provides the ability to show and do rather then just tell. Students are motivated to learn with this new technology.
