Congratulations to Ms. Jami Key who was named Teacher of the Year in Bedford County and Virginia Region 5. She would like to purchase a document camera as a visual presentation tool for her classroom. The camera is connected to the LCD projector and any item can be placed on the camera and projected onto a white screen or SMART board. This can be used in any subject and with almost any item ranging from a math manipulative to a living organism. If the camera is being used with a SMART board, the teacher can even write on the image. This technology allows you to record images and save to a memory card.
