10/09 – Staunton River High School – Document Camera- $333.00

The document camera is a visual presentation tool that teachers use in their classroom. The camera is connected to the LCD projector and any item can be placed on the camera and projected onto a white screen or SMART board. This can be used in any subject and with almost any item ranging from a math manipulative to a living organism. This technology allows you to record images and save to a memory card. This equipment can also be used at PTA meetings to show student work. Ms. Thomas is excited to share this new form of learning with her students and this new method of teaching with her peers.
